Dr. Williams attended medical school at University of Southern California
School of Medicine in Los Angeles, CA, subsequently serving his internship
at Fresno County Hospital in Fresno. He served his residencies in the US
Public Health Services, Division of Indian Medicine in Anchorage, AK; at
Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, TN; at Pacific Medical Center in
San Francisco, CA; and at Ranchos Los Amigos Hospital in Downey, CA.
Dr. Williams is a qualified Independent Medical Examiner.
His memberships include the American Medical Association, the
California Medical Association, Orange County Medical Association, Western
Orthopaedic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons,
and the American Society of Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. Williams is fellowship-trained in hand surgery, as well as rehabilitation
of arthritis, and is board certified in orthopaedic surgery with added qualifications
in surgery of the hand. His professional background includes appointment
as Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery Orthopaedics at
the University of California, Irvine, and Chief of Staff at St. Jude Hospital
and Rehabilitation Center in Fullerton.
