To the Medical Staff of Fullerton Orthopaedic,

Thank you for your recent letter regarding the services you have to offer to the public. We are concerned that "anyone" would ever question the capabilities and integrity of your group of physicians.

We want you to know that we have enjoyed your services and care for many years. In fact, Dr. Parker has given us new life with replacement of two hips and three knees within the past seven or eight years. We have always enjoyed the finest of attention to our needs and our concerns, also from Dr. Williams and Dr. Gibson.

We have recommended your organization to many people. Some have also enjoyed your services. We commend all of you for your dedication to our well being. Thank you, Doctors.

Dear Doctor Rubinstein,

I wanted to say "thank you" for responding to my need of looking into my mother's condition, Elizabeth C. at St. Jude a few weekends ago. My experience in the past has never been as efficient and responsive as you and I truly appreciate your efforts!!

My mother is still at St. Joseph's and on antibiotics for another four weeks. The bacteria she got was called MRSA and she seems to be improving, but slowly. All the PT and OT she received has been basically eliminated with the current medical conditions but we are hopeful soon she will go to Newport Nursing & Rehab and be on her way to a complete recovery.

Dr. Rubinstein,

My husband and I want to thank you so much for stopping to help our son in the Metro Station in DC. It really comforted us that you were there and were willing to help. Ethan was taken to the Children's Hospital and is doing great! He's back to playing Little League and hardly complains about his foot.
