Q: My primary care physician has referred me to Fullerton Orthopaedic for care. How do I schedule an appointment?

A: Fullerton Orthopaedic has set up an appointment line for you. To set up an appointment at our Fullerton office please call 714-879-0221 or 714-879-0230. To set up an appointment at our Yorba Linda office please call 714-996-6440. Our staff will be happy to schedule your appointment. Please remember to hand carry your insurance card, referral, and x-rays.

Q: How do I reach a physician after hours in case of an emergency?

A: Please call our main line at 714-879-0050. Our answering service will forward the information to our physician on call.

Q: How do I obtain a refill on my medication?

A: The best way to ensure you have enough medication on hand is to plan ahead. Call your pharmacy and ask them to fax your refill request to 714-879-0206. Allow 24 hours to process your request.

Q: When do I pay my co-payment?

A: Co-payments are due at the time of the service. Our office accepts cash, checks, Visa, and Mastercard.

Q: How can I reach my doctor or nurse if I have any questions?

A: Fullerton Orthopaedic has designed a voice mail system solely for this reason, Many times patients get home after an appointment and have more questions. Feel free to call 714-879-0050 and ask the operator to direct your call to your physician's voicemail.

You may leave a detailed message and your doctor or nurse will call you back within 24 hours. Of course, any urgent or emergency care situations can be handled immediately by speaking with the operator.
